I uploaded this file in 2013, when I was 14 years old. I'm not the photographer, but the picture was taken by one of my dad's coworkers, who gave me permission to upload it via email. I no longer have access to the email account and I can't remember exactly what was in the email, but it was definitely something along the lines of I authroize this photo for educational use on Wikipedia. In an episode of egregiously poor judgment, I uploaded the image and tagged the image as CC-BY-SA, since that was the strictest license suitable for Commons, and more or less forgot about it. Some time later, (at a time when I was inactive on Wikimedia projects) I realized that this was a serious mistake, but I wasn't sure how to fix it (or if I even could), and it slipped to the back of my mind again. I'm now requesting deletion because I did not obtain the proper permisssion from the copyright holder to upload this image, and I'm trying to rectify this problem. I believe my understanding of copyright is now good enough that I won't repeat this mistake in the future. All of my other uploads here are Flickr images with compliant licenses and attribution, with the exception of a screenshot of a Wikipedia page that is licensed accordingly. I'm really sorry about this. — SamX [talk · contribs] 21:40, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
